- YouTube Data: If you choose to connect your YouTube channel, we access and collect specific non-sensitive data via YouTube API Services. This includes your channel name, channel ID, subscriber count, video titles, video descriptions, and basic performance metrics. We do NOT access your private videos, messages, or comments unless explicitly required for a specific feature you request.
- Usage Data: We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Scryptify uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To provide personalized content suggestions and analysis based on your YouTube channel data

- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

3. YouTube Data Usage & Compliance
Our Service integrates with YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Data Access: We only access public channel information and basic analytics necessary to provide our services (script generation, trend analysis, etc.).
- Data Storage: We securely store your channel profile data (name, ID, thumbnail) and cached video metadata to improve performance. This data is refreshed periodically to ensure accuracy.
- Data Sharing: We do NOT sell, rent, or share your YouTube API data with third parties, including advertising platforms or data brokers.
- Revocation: You can revoke our access to your data at any time via the Google Security Settings page. Once revoked, we will delete your stored YouTube data from our systems in accordance with our retention policy.

4. GDPR Rights (EU Users)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Scryptify aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
